Our team had the opportunity to collaborate on a groundbreaking installation that revolutionised watertube steam boiler efficiency.

In response to the pressing need for energy efficiency and sustainability, our team undertook the installation of a cutting-edge 3MW SDGL Watertube Steam Boiler in Western Australia. This project aimed not only to meet the energy demands of the region but also to significantly reduce carbon emissions and operational costs.

Key Components

  1. Weishaupt Burner with VSD and O2 Control: At the heart of our system lies the Weishaupt burner, integrated with Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and O2 control technology. This innovative setup ensures optimal combustion efficiency, precisely regulating fuel and oxygen levels to minimize waste and maximize energy output.

  2. Flue Gas Economiser: Enhancing the efficiency of our boiler system, the incorporation of a flue gas economizer allows us to recover heat from the exhaust gases, significantly reducing fuel consumption while maintaining superior performance.

  3. Grundfos Pumps with Variable Speed Drives: To further optimize energy usage, we integrated Grundfos pumps equipped with Variable Speed Drives (VSD). This intelligent system dynamically adjusts pump speed according to demand, resulting in substantial energy savings and extended equipment lifespan.
