The Hopkins thermal fluid (hot oil) heater is a high capacity 2-pass thermal fluid coil designed for ruggedness and long life. It utilizes a large radiant chamber and ample heating surface, lowering heat flux rates, improving thermal fluid life by reducing oxidation. This heater is available from 293 kW – 11.7 MW output and maximum operating temperatures up to 340°C.

 

This heater is designed, built, and tested in accordance with ASME Code Section I or ASME Code Section VIII, Div. 1. We offer Low NOx natural gas burners for 30 ppm NOx emissions compliance as a standard option.
