Bag Filters:
We are specialists in the supply, design, and installation of bag filter systems to suit your operation, from small venting applications (silo and conveyor venting), to mid-sized (ventilation systems, dryers, transfer points) and large, heavy process applications (waste recycling plants, power stations, metallurgical industries, refineries, furnaces). Our bag filters have capacity to handle light to heavy dust loads, and gas temperatures up to 260°C.
Venturi Scrubbers / Aeromixes:
Venturi scrubbers are primarily employed for particulate matter control and removing dust particles by accelerating the gas and scrubbing liquid streams through a constricted throat where the high velocity of both streams causes violent turbulent contact between them. We offer different types of venturi scrubbers, with the v-SORB™ Venturi Scrubber technology for higher removal efficiency and pressure drop and the Aeromix™ technology, with natural liquid recirculation, for lower power and water consumption.
Cyclones (Particulate Matter):
Cyclonic technology and aeromixes are primarily employed for dust and fume control but are versatile for various industrial pollutants. Cyclonic separation, using vortex separation without filters or internal components, minimises maintenance concerns. After pollutants are captured, only clean relief air is discharged. AeromixTM, based on venturi scrubber design, ensures highly efficient particle collection.
