Wet Chemical Scrubbers:

Specifically, our c-Sorption (SORB) technology uses liquid and, when required, chemical reagents to remove gaseous pollutants and odours from industrial processes. In the absorption method, a scrubbing liquid interacts with the gas stream, transferring gaseous pollutants into the liquid before releasing the cleaned gas into the atmosphere. Typically, pollutants removed with c-SORB technology include acid gases (SOx, HF, HCl, H₂S), mercury, and NOx. Additionally, we offer different types of absorption scrubbers, including spray towers and packed bed towers.

Dry Chemical Scrubbers:

We also provide world-class dry scrubbing solutions, including:

• Firstly, Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI) systems for the removal of acid gases, persistent organic pollutants such as dioxins and furans, and mercury.
• Secondly, activated carbon bed systems based on a-SORB technology, for capturing VOCs, odorous compounds, and mercury.
• Finally, regenerative activated carbon bed systems for higher inlet concentrations of VOCs or solvent recovery.

Flue Gas Desulphurisation:

With decades of experience, we bring extensive expertise in implementing and operating MECS® DynaWave scrubbing technology—an efficient air pollution control system for handling dirty, hot gases. Notably, DynaWave excels in heavy pollution environments with reliable performance and high collection efficiency. It also handles routine scrubbing operations like limestone or lime kiln dust without blockages. Moreover, we have developed specialised flue gas desulfurisation wet scrubbers tailored for critical mineral refining processes, such as acid roasting or calcining. Our SO₂ scrubbers are versatile, working with various reagents, including caustic, calcium, or magnesium-based slurries.

Thermal Oxidation:

In partnership with Anguil, we proudly offer their industry-leading thermal oxidation technologies in Oceania. Anguil designs, manufactures, installs, and services Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs), as well as Direct-Fired, Catalytic, and Thermal Recuperative oxidizers. These systems are engineered for the destruction of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), NOX, and odorous emissions. Importantly, we provide shop-assembled, pre-wired, and tested units tailored to specific industry needs, featuring low operating costs, high thermal energy recovery, and full compliance with local regulations.

Bag Filters: 

We are specialists in the supply, design, and installation of bag filter systems to suit your operation, from small venting applications (silo and conveyor venting), to mid-sized (ventilation systems, dryers, transfer points) and large, heavy process applications (waste recycling plants, power stations, metallurgical industries, refineries, furnaces). Our bag filters have capacity to handle light to heavy dust loads, and gas temperatures up to 260°C.

Venturi Scrubbers / Aeromixes:

Venturi scrubbers are primarily employed for particulate matter control and removing dust particles by accelerating the gas and scrubbing liquid streams through a constricted throat where the high velocity of both streams causes  violent turbulent contact between them. We offer different types of venturi scrubbers, with the v-SORB™ Venturi Scrubber technology for higher removal efficiency and pressure drop and the Aeromix™ technology, with natural liquid recirculation, for lower power and water consumption.

Cyclones (Particulate Matter):
Cyclonic technology and aeromixes are primarily employed for dust and fume control but are versatile for various industrial pollutants. Cyclonic separation, using vortex separation without filters or internal components, minimises maintenance concerns. After pollutants are captured, only clean relief air is discharged. AeromixTM, based on venturi scrubber design, ensures highly efficient particle collection.

Mist Eliminators and FBMEs

Our h-MIST™ technology includes horizontal and cyclonic mist eliminators, which can be fitted with chevron or mesh pads for fine mist removal.

We also offer Fibre Bed Mist Eliminators (FBMEs) fitted with coalescing filters for the removal of submicronic mist.  Typical applications for these systems are industrial processes where mists and aerosols, formed by fine water droplets contaminated with noxious compounds, are generated.
