Designed for variable primary flow systems, Fulton’s ENDURA+ firetube condensing heat boilers represent a revolution in firetube condensing boiler technology. 

Whereas conventional boiler designs transfer stresses directly onto the most critical components, Fulton’s patent-pending stress reliever completely eliminates these stresses and significantly increases boiler longevity. ENDURA+ provides industry-leading performance without sacrificing durability.

The FBW Electric Hot Water Boiler is designed for fully controlled forced circulation, ensuring even water heating with multiple stainless steel low watt density elements. Its compact, vertical tubeless design makes it ideal for skid mounting with ancillary equipment.

Vertical elements (70-1960KW) discourage buildup as expansion and contraction cause mineral deposits to flake off, ensuring longer element life. Controlled circulation minimises thermal shock.

The boiler is easy to install, operate, and service without dismantling or draining, and it includes all necessary safety and operating controls.

The FBL vertical design electric boiler is a fully packaged steam boiler, offering high efficiency as the heating elements are fully immersed in water and the pressure vessel is completely insulated, minimising radiation loss. With a carefully optimised heat-to-steam ratio, operating pressures are quickly achieved with maximum efficiency.

Electric boilers produce no exhaust emissions or NOx, making them environmentally friendly.

Fulton’s FBE is a compact and reliable electric steam boiler designed to produce high-quality saturated steam with nearly 100% efficiency. This clean-running, combustion-free boiler operates at a design pressure of 100 PSI and holds ASME-M certification.

Fulton raises the standard with the VSRT (Vertical Spiral Rib Tubeless) boiler, the world’s first fully wetted, refractory-free vertical tubeless boiler, setting a new benchmark for industrial steam boiler design.

The FBS boiler’s furnace, located well below the water level, provides a large safety margin. The water probe, immersed in the boiler pressure vessel, prevents false water levels and gives the boiler a compact, clean appearance.

The three-pass wet-back, corrugated furnace design offers a large furnace heating surface for efficient heat transfer.

Fulton’s FBX is a high-quality watertube boiler, available in hot water, low, and high-pressure steam designs up to 800BHP. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

All FBX boilers are factory packaged, integrating the boiler, burner, and control system to meet virtually any customer requirement. Designs up to 1600BHP are available on request.
